Orders & Payments
- Orders will only be processed once payment arrangements have been confirmed.
- Full or partial deposits may be required for custom-made orders.
- Outstanding balances must be settled according to agreed payment terms.
Custom-Made Orders
- No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom-made or specially manufactured items.
- Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications, sizes, colours and quantities before production begins.
Delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on order size and product availability.
- 5 Fold will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns will only be considered for defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Liability
- 5 Fold Hospital Linen & Hospitality Linen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
